THE TRISKELION
The Triskelion, not unlike the Capital Wasteland Citadel in significance, is the last line of defense for SHIELD in the Empire Wasteland. In 2023, New York City began relocating Fort Hamilton from Brooklyn south into Staten Island, and by the time SHIELD arrived a few years ago, Hamilton was largely untouched by plagues both man and machine. SHIELD established a base within in a matter of days, holding their monopoly over Staten Island before the end of the year comfortably.

This is the base of operations of SHIELD.
