▀Science (As Bruce Banner): Bruce, having been one of the Commonwealths leading scientific minds, is highly knowledgeable in various scientific fields. When Bruce becomes the Hulk he loses the ability to use this skill.
▀Medicine (As Bruce Banner): Having studied and trained in the commonwealth, Bruce is one of the few individuals in the Wastelands with true medical expertise. When Bruce becomes the Hulk he loses the ability to use this skill.
▀Unarmed (As the Hulk) When the Hulk is in control, he functions on savage instinct. Inherently knowing how to use his body as a weapon. Only available as the Hulk.
▀ Transformation: The process by which Banner usually transforms into the Hulk is presumably the result of the chemical catalyst, adrenaline (a.k.a. epinephrine). As in normal human beings, Banner's adrenal medulla secretes large amounts of adrenaline in time of fear, rage, or stress, which hormonally stimulates the heart rate, increases blood-sugar levels, and inhibits sensations of fatigue. Whereas the secretion heightens normal physical abilities in normal human beings, in Banner's case it triggers the complex chemical-extra-physical process that transforms him into the Hulk. The total time of transformation falls anywhere between seconds to five minutes, depending on the initial adrenaline surge, which will be determined by the original stimulus.
The opposite of this effect is also true, if calmed the Hulk will turn back to Bruce (Which happens naturally after 4 posts out of combat or danger). This will also happen if all gamma radiation is drained from his body, or if his rage is somehow nullified. When he reverts Bruce is often unable to move by him self and is emotionally drained, unable to become the Hulk again for at least one day, unless his life is put in mortal danger.
