▀ Toxic Substance Emission Hazmat produces various toxic substances from her body that vary in effect based on exposure. Prolonged exposure to these emissions can cause sterility, coma, cancer, serious illness, and even death. These emissions include neuro-toxins, deadly substances, lethal forms of radiation, and potentially even anti-matter though not currently. Things such as her breath, spit, and sweat are so toxic that she must wear a containment suit in order to avoid killing those around her, and to avoid coming into direct contact with anyone. She could even potentially turn normal human beings into Ghouls, though whether that is better or worse than the normal outcome is debatable.

▀ Substance Immunity Hazmat is immune to the substances and radiation that she produces. Along with this she can absorb the same substances that she produces.

▀ Radiation Generation Hazmat has the ability to generate harmful radiation from her body. Due to the harmful substances constantly being emitted from her body, she is able to project this as powerful blasts of radiation that are incredibly harmful to those hit and within the vicinity from prolonged exposure. This also includes being able to emit a fluorescent glow around her body, generate heat, cause rather large explosions, and even create an EMP which can effectively disrupt anything mechanical.

EQUIPMENT Try and make it fit our post-apocalyptic setting: most gear's going to be old. Laser and plasma weapons will be considerably more difficult to find than conventional ballistic weapons, and even then, they're all gonna feel quite rustic. Check here and here for some common examples you can use -- just try to avoid using unique weaponry, as that'll come in later.
